Mokhtar Jabli was born and raised in Morocco before relocating to California in 2016. Like many newcomers building a life in a new country, his early years in the U.S. required adaptability — he started by renting out his own apartment in Long Beach, and used that first step to learn the short-term rental business from the ground up.

That early experience became the foundation for The Nightfall Group, the luxury rental and travel concierge company he founded and now leads as CEO. Under his leadership, the company was ranked #6 fastest-growing travel company in the U.S. on the Inc. 5000 list in 2022.

Mokhtar’s background includes study at the National School of Computer Science for Industry and Business (ENSIIE), which informs the technology side of his work today — including AI-driven marketing and growth systems built for premium brands and operators.

He is a contributor to the Forbes Business Council and is active in the Los Angeles business community, including involvement with the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. He continues to expand his work across real estate, technology, and hospitality, with a base in Los Angeles and a global outlook.
